The prime purpose of the Lease Hand is to be an active member of the work crew, learning from other crew members to develop and maintain the skills and duties necessary to assist in the operation of the plant and equipment. This will enable the Lease Hand to progress to assistant operator level if necessary and/or appropriate. The Lease Hand must ensure all work is conducted in a safe and professional manner.
