From perforating, cutting slots, removing hard scales to cutting tubulars, Wellpro Services offers a specific tool for all desired applications. We closely work with our tool supplier to design the job for our clients across Australia. All products are manufactured from hardened material to minimize erosion and maximize the usable life of the tool. The tools feature interchangeable orifice with splash back protection and can be produced in any configuration to suit different scope of operations.

How it Works:

• Sand slurry is pumped from surface to the perforating tool
• Nozzles in the tool create high velocity jets ~ 550 ft/sec (167 m/sec) with a
  2,240 psi (15.4 Mpa) differential pressure
• Sand particles quickly erode a perforation tunnel through casing, cement
  and into formation.

Tool Availability:

Wellpro currently has two sizes available, which can be used to perforate from a 2-3/8” tubing up to a 7” casing. More sizes and configurations can be manufactured upon request.
